What this policy covers

This policy describes how H3 Max Prompt Generator handles information when you browse the site or ask it to write a prompt. It covers the generator, the examples, and the supporting pages at www.h3maxprompt.com. It does not cover a separate platform where you later create a video or any website you choose to visit through an external link.

The service is a text drafting tool. You do not need to create a profile to read its pages. Please review this policy before submitting text, especially if your idea mentions another person or contains information that is not already public.

The information you choose to submit

When you select Generate Prompt, the site sends your idea and the selected writing mode, style, camera movement, and clip length to its server. This information is needed to prepare the request and return a useful result. Dialogue, names, labels, and other wording included in your idea are part of that submission.

Your draft and the returned prompt remain in the current page’s memory so that you can review and edit them. The site does not create a personal prompt history or write these texts to browser local storage. Reloading or leaving the page can clear them. Copying a prompt places the selected text on your device’s clipboard, which is controlled by your device and browser.

How a generation request is processed

The server checks the input and combines it with writing instructions before sending it to Kie.ai, the API provider used to access the language model. Kie.ai and the upstream services involved in fulfilling that request process the text to generate a response. The server then checks the result and returns the usable prompt to your browser.

If a response fails a check, one additional attempt may be made to correct it. That attempt can include the original idea and the response needing correction. The site does not send your idea to a video generation service as part of this process. A video request happens only when you separately use a video platform.

Do not submit secrets, passwords, financial account details, private medical information, or other material that does not belong in a creative drafting request. The service cannot determine whether every detail you provide is appropriate to share with a processing provider.

Hosting, security, and usage limits

Cloudflare hosts the site and handles network delivery. As part of providing the service, it may process connection information such as an IP address, request timing, and technical browser information. Its handling of infrastructure and security information follows the applicable Cloudflare services and account settings.

The generator uses temporary counters to limit repeated requests and control the total daily number of model calls. A short-lived, purpose-specific key is derived from connection information for this protection. The site does not use that key to build an advertising profile. The counters do not contain your idea or generated prompt.

The application is designed not to log the full input or output. Minimal diagnostics may identify a request by a random reference, an error category, duration, rule version, or resource usage. Avoid adding private information to reports about an error unless it is necessary to explain the problem.

Analytics and session replay

On the public website, Google Analytics helps measure page visits and actions such as submitting a request or copying a result. Events use limited categories, such as a length range or an error code. They do not intentionally include the text of your idea, the generated prompt, or the changes you make to it.

Microsoft Clarity may help explain how visitors navigate the pages through interaction analysis and session replay. The input area, output area, explanatory notes, and related errors are marked for masking before the replay script loads. Masking is intended to keep those regions unreadable in a recording; it does not mean a provider receives no technical connection information.

The public website loads Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity automatically without a consent popup. Local development and preview environments do not load these scripts. Browsing, copying examples, and generating prompts do not depend on analytics being available.

Cookies, browser choices, and search tools

If analytics or replay is active, the relevant provider may use cookies or similar identifiers according to its settings. You can use your browser’s controls to block cookies, restrict tracking, or clear existing site data. An extension that blocks an analytics script should not prevent the generator from performing its main task.

Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools are used to verify site ownership and understand search visibility. Their ownership verification tags are not session replay scripts. Search performance reports are separate from the text you submit to the generator. Links you follow to search engines or other external services are subject to those services’ own policies.

Retention and service providers

The absence of a prompt history on this site is not a promise that every processing provider retains nothing. Kie.ai, any relevant upstream model service, and Cloudflare may retain information under their own terms, operational requirements, and applicable account arrangements. Retention and processing locations must be understood in the context of those actual arrangements.

A provider may process information in a country other than the one where you live. This can involve different privacy rules and available protections. Review the linked provider policies when deciding what to submit. The site does not describe the request as completely anonymous or make a blanket zero-retention guarantee.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can stop a submission before pressing Generate Prompt, leave optional settings at their defaults, and avoid sharing unnecessary identifying details. Once a request has been sent, closing the page may stop your browser from receiving the result but may not stop processing already underway at the provider.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, or restrictions on processing. Use the operator contact listed on this page for a privacy request. Describe the issue with only the information needed to locate it. Because the site does not maintain a prompt history, it may not be able to retrieve a past draft from a personal account.

Children, external services, and updates

This tool is not directed at children. Do not include a child’s identifying information in a prompt unless you have an appropriate reason and authority to share it. The same care applies to other people’s names, images, dialogue, and personal circumstances.

When you copy a prompt to an external video service, that service decides how the next request is processed. Review its rules separately. This policy may change when the site’s features or processing arrangements change; the date on this page identifies the current version.
